2. Consultations & Custom Packages

We offer a complimentary 30-minute consultation to discuss your needs. After the consultation, we will prepare a custom package. Acceptance of any package constitutes agreement to the corresponding deliverables and payment terms.

3. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Payments are due prior to the start of services.

• Late payments may result in service delays or cancellation.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, access to necessary accounts, and brand assets (e.g., logos, images, and brand guidelines). Delays in providing these may affect service timelines.

5. Intellectual Property

All content created by The Social Rodeo for your business — including graphics, captions, and strategies — becomes your property upon full payment. We reserve the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the customized nature of our work:

• Refunds are not offered after services begin.

• You may cancel ongoing services with 14 days’ written notice.

• Prepaid amounts for future work may be refunded at our discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for excellence, The Social Rodeo is not liable for:

• Any damages resulting from social media platform outages, algorithm changes, or third-party service interruptions.

• Client revenue loss, reputational harm, or legal issues arising from client-provided content or decisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
